A Few Words about Our Lovers

Hi fans,

The votes continue to pour in for our three finalists!  It has been totally sweet to read the loving words their friends and families have written in support of them.  In fact, it has kind of felt like going through a neighbor's mail.  I posted the best of the comments below so that all may snoop!  And so that you may be informed voters.

* The most concise (for Regina + Nikolai):

* The most detailed (for Jesica + Daniel)
"Jes can pull a hundred parsnips without forking a one. She can wrestle a sheep, lance its infected ear, & talk permaculture and biochemistry while turning another sheep into a Serious Dinner (the kind with, like, confits).  She rides a sweet brown Schwinn bike - you don't find that color brown anymore, unless you're shopping for old vans with shag interiors.  I think the color may be illegal, possibly toxic. She's kind of my hero."

* The most felicitous typo (for Julie + Thomas):

* The least truthful by far (I won't say for whom unless you beg me to):

* The most narrative (for Jesica + Daniel):
"When Daniel and I were in college, he gave two of the teeny-tiniest, cutest baby hamsters you've ever seen. Unfortunately, I was still living with my parents at the time and said hamster got to be so stinky that they were banished from the house. On the night they were to leave, I couldn't even bear to look at them and never got to say goodbye. I have been broken-hearted ever since and unable to love any other creature the way I loved those teeny-tiny, cute baby hamsters.  What, you may be wondering, does this have to do with Jesica and Daniel's wedding much less their winning the contest? Well, Daniel was greatly disturbed by the loss my beloved pets and because he is such a kind and giving soul, Daniel has promised to use the money saved on photography to not only build a memorial garden in memory of my darling hamsters but also to buy me 2 more teeny-tiny, cute baby hamsters."

* The Frenchiest (for Julie + Thomas):

* The most sensible (for Regina + Nikolai):
"I'm basing my vote on their wedding site and food.  They will have a memorable day to begin with, but how they have chosen to personalize it and make it them by choosing a special place, they need you to capture what they won't be able to soak in on that day."

* The second Frenchiest (for Julie + Thomas):
"Puissiez vous rester aussi heureux toute votre vie."
