You're the One that I Want

Hi fans,

It's nearly impossible to overestimate the importance of lighting at an event.

(The light on Chris and Kat's dance floor was like rainbows + diamonds + Olivia Newton-John.)

It's also nearly impossible to not put down the camera and groove with the wedding guests.

In fact, Max might've found it totally impossible...but only for a minute.

Ever,
Margaret

P.S. I would rather *die* than go scuba diving. I am, however, a snorkeling genius.

The Beach Ceremony

Hi fans,

More Chris and more Kat!  (And more to come! We took a lot of photos of these two.)

Today some photos from the intimate ceremony on the beach and some of the flirting that took place afterward.  Pretty cute stuff.

While we're on the subject of Anguilla beaches, the Hotel Kú's is major.  Margaret and I stayed at the Kú, located on Shoal Bay East, considered by many to be the world’s best beach. We spent an afternoon there snorkeling. Margaret had a blast, and I did, too, but I panicked every time I got a little water in my snorkel or I drifted too close to the coral. Apparently floundering only makes the situation worse. Oops.

Next time, raise the stakes and try some S.C.U.B.A.? What do you say, Margaret?

Very yours,
Max

P.S. Sans flippers and snorkel, Margaret is terrified of the ocean. I don't know if she's afraid of being attacked by a shark or of being dragged out to sea, but scared she is. Please don't tell her that I told.

P.S. part 2. You single ladies may be interested to know that Beyoncé and Jay-Z were also married in Anguilla.

Final P.S. Have you told a friend about our contest yet?

Destination: Anguilla

Hi fans,

This is Chris and that is Kat.

They're a fantastic couple who hired us to shoot their beach wedding in Anguilla.

It all went down at the Malliouhana. It's a pretty slick outfit. I loved the bridal villa with stairs that wind down to the beach and the hip bar with its long low couches and tall wooden shutters. Very 70's chic. Kat and Chris love this place and we did, too.

More tomorrow! Also, contest (cough cough).

Very sincerely,
Max

What is Max?

Hi fans,

It's time to get to know Max a little bit better, too! You have to be careful with this guy. He'll use his famous (infamous?) wit, a little flattery, and crayons to charm you.

1. Who is your favorite photographer?
2. What's your favorite thing to eat?

3. Of all the curious objects in our studio, which is your favorite?

4. I hear you're finishing your dissertation at Harvard. What's it about?

5. And, as you asked me, can you please visually represent our relationship?

Thank you, Mr. Max! You deserve a Nutella crepe for that excellent work. Come to think of it, I do, too.

Signing off,
Margaret

What is Margaret?

Hi fans,

I've known Margaret a long time, but some of you are not so lucky. I decided to ask Margaret some hard questions and post her answers for all to see.

1. Who was your first crush?
2. How are you going to break your addiction to diet coke?
3. Can you visually represent our relationship?

4. What is my best quality?

5. How do you get from place to place?

6. How would you describe our studio?

7. Of all the curious objects in our studio, which is your favorite?

Thank you, Margaret! This has been very educational. I see you are not only an excellent photographer, but a genius doodler.

Sincerely,
Max
